What Networking Optimized stores, and why.
Attendee data is deleted 30 days after the event's date, or sooner when the organizer deletes the event.
Your account details and any LLM connections are kept until you ask us to delete your account. An event's name, date and sponsor names are kept after its attendee data is deleted.
The only cookies this site sets are for signing in: one that lasts ten minutes while you sign in with Google, and one that keeps you signed in for 30 days.
Attendee names appear on the event's check-in and seating-chart pages, which anyone with the event's link can open. Those pages are hidden from search engines.
We don't sell your data. We share it only with Google, to sign you in; with Cloudflare, which hosts this site and keeps short-term request logs; and with Anthropic or OpenAI, only if you connect Claude or ChatGPT, in which case your event details go to them at your direction.
