Every round, new people.
No one meets twice.

Round-by-round seating for speed-networking events. Schedules are built from algebraic constructions with provable meeting caps — in our recommended formats, no pair of attendees is ever seated together twice. Verified before your event, not hoped for on the night.

The demo above is a real 117-person event: 117 attendees · 13 tables · 13 rounds · 104 people met each · 0 repeats

Running it takes three steps

STEP 1

Upload your attendee list

A simple CSV — names, and who your VIPs are. That's the whole input.

STEP 2

Get the complete schedule instantly

Every round, every table, every seat — generated and checked the moment you upload.

STEP 3

Run the event from your phone

Advance rounds with one tap. Every attendee's link shows their next table.

Nothing for attendees to install

Attendees open a link or scan a QR code, type their name, and see their table for the current round. No app, no account, no signup — it works on any phone.

When you advance the round, their screen tells them where to go next. Try the check-in yourself — pick any name.

Make your sponsor slots worth more

VIP seats are sponsor slots. Each sponsor hosts a table and stays put while the room rotates — so over the course of the event, every attendee sits at every sponsor's table. No booth to staff, no foot traffic to hope for.

The sponsor's name and logo appear on attendees' phones for the table they're seated at, every round. That's a guaranteed, face-to-face audience you can put a number on when you sell the slot.

The math, briefly

Schedules aren't shuffled and scored — they're constructed. We build them from algebraic designs with provable meeting caps, compute them ahead of time, and verify every pairing before an event ever uses one.

In our recommended formats the cap is one: mathematically, no better schedule can exist. Optimizers that search for a "good" arrangement can't say that — we've seen schedules from other providers where the same pair meets six times.
